The results of the August 14, 2024, Board regular meeting are listed below in brief:
- Public Comments—there were none.
- Resolution of Appreciation for Town of Ramah Director Paul Belt—approved; Rick will decide how to transit the Resolution and hardhat to Paul.
- Citizen Advisory Committee Monthly Report—Chair Jim Godfrey gave the report; it was accepted by the Board.
- Monthly Financial Reports—the Colorado Department of Revenue had a computer issue causing a delay in transmitting their reports to Lisa; Lisa will send them out to the Board when they are made available to her.
- City of Colorado Springs Contract—approved the 1 contract as recommended by CAC.
- El Paso County Contract—approved the 1 contract as recommended by the CAC.
- Town of Ramah Contract—approved the 1 contract as recommended by CAC.
- City of Colorado Springs Transit Services Monthly Update—information only.
- Town of Green Mountain Falls Request Regarding Advancement of Funding for PPRTA-3 Capital Projects—approved the IGA as recommended by the CAC.
- Board Policy #34: PPRTA-3 State and Federal Discretionary Grant Match Fund—postponed and referred to the CAC to study options for revisions to the draft.
- City of Colorado Springs Monthly Change Order & Property Acquisition Report—information only.
- City of Colorado Springs: Powers-North Reimbursement Update—information only.
- El Paso County Monthly Change Order & Property Acquisition Report—info only.
- Agenda Topics for the Next Meeting—the September 11 Board meeting will have a start time at 2:00 instead of the usual 1:30.
