ACTION REQUESTED: Information
The Comprehensive IGAs between the Pikes Peak RTA and each of the member governments state that each of the six entities “…shall provide to the Board, within fifty (50) calendar days after the close of each calendar quarter, a status report on capital projects and maintenance programs.” A copy of each of the status reports received for the 2nd quarter of 2024 is attached. As of the time of the assembly of the agenda packet, PPRTA staff had not received a report from the City of Manitou Springs.
