Project Description: The Rustic Hills Halfmoon Paving project is in the Rustic Hills Subdivision southeast of the intersection of Constitution Ave and N Murray Blvd (location map attached). The project consists of paving the last remaining dirt segment on Halfmoon Rd to reducing long-term maintenance costs. There were two previous projects within Rustic Hills to complete the paving. Halfmoon Drive was previously included in Rustic Hills Phase II. However, it was removed from the project as CSU needed to upgrade the water line beneath the roadway.
The City informally advertised the project for construction August 7, 2024. Bids were opened on August 20, 2023, and two (2) bids were received. Bids received are as follows:
