AWARD PROCESS
- ☐ IFB (Invitation for Bid)
- ☒ RFP (Request for Proposal)

Comments: RFP R24-T076DS was completed in efforts to solicit proposals from vendors for Edge Lit Traffic Control Signs to secure pricing on an annual basis and for Traffic Engineering to purchase on an as needed basis. The RFP allowed for multiple contract awards as not all vendors would necessarily carry every product included in the RFP. AM Signal’s proposal was ranked second out of seven proposals received by an evaluation committee of city staff members based on a criteria of product offerings and compliance with technical specification, price, past performance / relevant experience and overall proposal presentation. The City is awarding a contract for all items AM Signal bid to in their proposal, their pricing is very competitive as AM Signal was below the average price of all seven offerors overall.
