SUBJECT: Nevada Ave Reconstruction – Rock Island Railroad to Commerce St and Nevada Ave Reconstruction – Commerce St to Templeton Gap Floodway Reimbursement Summary
In accordance with the PPRTA 3 Project Advancement Funding Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and PPRTA, effective February 27, 2024, the City is required to supply detailed information for reimbursement requests related to the Nevada Ave Reconstruction – Rock Island Railroad to Commerce St and Nevada Ave Reconstruction – Commerce St to Templeton Gap Floodway projects. The City will submit a reimbursement statement with comprehensive documentation to PPRTA staff for project records. The table below outlines the anticipated future reimbursements from PPRTA for these projects. The City anticipates receiving additional costs to include, but not limited to, recording a deed and fence installation as required by a purchase agreement.
