SUBJECT: Set FY-2025 PPRTA Budget Hearing Date and Receive Draft Budget
ACTION REQUESTED: Approval
State budget law requires the Board to set the date for the Public Hearing. The Board’s budget calendar indicates the Board will select its December 11th regular meeting for the FY 2025 Budget Public Hearing. State Law also requires that the Pikes Peak RTA Draft Budget for FY 2025 be submitted to the Board by October 15th. The Draft Budget will be delivered to the Board at the October Board meeting. The detailed presentations/workshops will take place at the November 6th CAC meeting and the November 13th Board meeting.
Recommendation to the Board
The Pikes Peak RTA staff recommends that the Board officially receive the FY 2025 Budget at the Board meeting and approve a motion to set the Budget Public Hearing for the regular Board meeting on December 11, 2024, at 1:30 p.m.
