The PPRTA member governments and staff submit the annual budget to the Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) and the Board by October 15th each year. A budget workshop is then held at the November CAC and Board meetings, and the balanced budget is approved at the December Board meeting public hearing.
An amendment with the actual prior year carry-forward figures is presented to the CAC and the Board at their June meetings, and an amended balanced budget is approved at the July Board meeting.
